Founded in 2014 as UTC Design & Build’s MEP division, SAMAA AL-OULA spun out in 2020, expanded locally, established four business units in 2022 and by 2025 continues to grow
and deliver innovative solutions.

Established as the MEP Division of UTC Design and Build, delivering high-quality electrical and mechanical solutions.

Building on its success, the division became an independent entity with a new commercial registration, marking the beginning of its expansion into the Saudi market.
